My sweet cupcakes

A few weeks ago I wrote a blog about my exams. Just a week ago I heard that I'm graduated! And yesterday I celebrate this with an amazing graduation party. We eat my selfmade cupcakes (I used more then four hours to make them). Here are the instructions to do make them yourself.

First, buy some cupcake mix.

Stir the mix with butter and eggs. For example: if you use 400 grams mix, you need 200 grams butter and four eggs. Make a airy batter. Make sure you taste something of the dough and put it in the cup. For the best effect you use coloured cups. Put them in the oven (175 degrees) for 20 minutes. I loved to watch them! 

The next step is to decorate your cupcakes. On internet you can easily order some marzipan, I bought some marzipan which was already coloured. Eight colours, to mix and match! 

I used some powder sugar to unroll the marzipan. Don't use to much, cause then it will become to sweet and sugary. Decorate your cupcakes with flowers, dots, stripes and everything you want. This is the result: 

These are my fabulous nine, my proud, my babies, the one I saved from being eaten.
