The Final Countdown

In only a few hours I'm counting down, from ten to one. On number zero I'm saying: Happy New Year! Exactly on that moment the deadline is passed. This day had to be a final countdown, for my photo project. But as you probably know when you followed a little of it, I didn't succeed. Taking 1001 photos is a big deal... and I thought it wasn't. Anyway it's not that surprising that I didn't succeed, I didn't produce hundreds of photos a day and I had to if this all was going to be finished before the end of this year. I'm really happy with the 113 I already made and therefor I decided to choose quality before timepressure. I still want to get this done, to make 1001 worthy pictures and I'll do anything for this project to get it finished. I think it's better to not make another deadline, I'll do whatever I can do for it, but it's doesn't make any sense to me if I put the remaining photos online in a month or a year. But I'm sure I can promise to have it all done before the end of 2012.

It's a joy to take all of this pic's and edit them. I hope you enjoy them a little with me. It's good to have a new hobby, though I love writing more than photography, but hey, I'm just starting. For now I wish you a Happy New Year, that 2012 will be wonderful to all of you in any kind of way!
