A new week just started and you have to hurry up to go to school or work. Or whatever you have to do on this monday morning. I'm the kind of person who knows that breakfast is the most important meal on a day, but just ingore that fact. Since I'm an au pair and eat in the morning with my kids, I learned to have breakfast, but that's not more than two crackers with jam, a cup of tea and a glass of orange juice. It's a beginning. I have a really fast, easy and delicious recipe for a good breakfast to start your day with.
Ingredients:
Two different sorts of fruit. I used pear and banana this time.
Muesli
Yogurt
Kitchen machine
Slice the fruit in pieces, put them all in your kitchen machine. Put in some yogurt (about a cup) and a handful of muesli. The thing is, I just do something when I'm cooking, so I don't know how many of everything I put in, with this amount you can probably make two shakes, but put them in the frigde for tomorrow. So, when everything is in the machine: mix!
