Little Walk, Little Conversations

Last week while I was walking to the school little Jet ask me for a robe. She is only three years old and I was surprised by her special desire for a robe. To not make fun on her I asked on my turn: where you need it for? Her answer was to climb in the clouds. Yes, it was cloudy, windy and cold outside. I smiled and asked for more information. On my question what she would do up in the sky she said, absolutely serious, without joking [I know that that means almost the same...:)]: to wake up the sun. I thought that it was a wonderful idea for the horrible weather. She would ask Thijs, her big brother, to come up with her and give some help, special help in form of the sun salutation, which he learned in school. I had to wait on the earth to give some earthly support to those sweet kids.

This morning Jet was really mad that the rain decided to wake up, that wasn't how she would have seen it, she still wanted the sun to wake up. This time anyway she would ask the princess to wake up the sun. Now we're waiting for the sun, but how adorable, little Jet. She is definitely the sunshine on my day!
